Last week our tennis team competed in the District 15 Spring Tennis Tournament. Lindale tennis has again, for the 6th straight year, swept at every level.
The JV competed on Monday and took 1st in both Girls and Boys team divisions as well as overall and also took 1st and 2nd in every discipline. Finishing with well over any two teams combined total points.
Varsity competed Tuesday and Wednesday also placing 1st in Girls, Boys, and over all team divisions, and having a total of 12 players qualifying for the regional tournament.
A special thank you to all the teachers, and Administrators that came to support these athletes!! Huge thank you to Dustin Hollingsworth and Ike Anders for all their work this season. I am so proud of these players, their hard work and their accomplishments this year. I am looking forward to a deep run the rest of the spring!
